Shipping Policy

General Information

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

For U.S.A shipments, including Alaska and Hawaii, we offer free shipping. Generally, we ship using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home or Ground Service, which means you should receive your package within 2-5 business days after we ship. You will receive a tracking number once it has shipped. Purchasing more items will give you the best value.

Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination. For Canada, the shipping cost is $34 per Starquilt (or item). For all other countries, the shipping cost is $64 per Starquilt. We typically ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International, and the delivery time is estimated to be between 2-4 weeks. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust shipping costs as necessary, but we will notify you by email if there are any changes.
